TRADITION AND ABILITY

We offer a wide range of products from the boning of pork heads, jowls, and fat.

For more than 40 years of processing of pork heads. We select only the best Italian slaughterhouses, we process and trade only meat from porks born, bred and slaughtered in Italy ( ITALIAN ORIGIN EU reg. 1337/2013).

TRACEABILITY AND QUALITY

We have always invested in the quality, safety and origin of the meat.

We select only the best Italian slaughterhouses, we process and sell only meat from porks born, bred and slaughtered in Italy (ITALIAN ORIGIN EU reg. 1337/2013).
We guarantee the traceability of each batch with monitoring, through careful microbiological analyzes carried out in an accredited laboratory.

We analyze our products during all steps of processing starting from raw materials, during processing stages and finally the finished products.

Bones for zootechnical use

Products of category 3 are obtained from the bones of heads, such as feed and natural fertilizers that are not intended for human consumption.
Visconti s.r.l. produces about 20/25 tons per week.

CUSTOMERS

We serve small local butchers in the city, large food industries, restaurants, farms, delicatessen factories, artisans and ho.re.ca sector. We process pork head meat for the production of catering products.

FREEZING

Through our freezing tunnel we refrigerate the meat we produce in order to guarantee higher quality.
For frozen meat we have a system to control and track all temperatures in the processing and storage rooms.

ANALYSES

With our food technology consultant we monitor, through continuous and careful microbiological analyses, the effectiveness of the cleaning of equipment in contact with our products.

SAFETY RULES

We provide all the necessary documentation to fulfil the current food safety regulations REG. 852 and 853.
We constantly implement and update our HACCP plan, following the revisions of food and workplace safety regulations.
